How much is free?
Days 1–4 of your plan are free, with no purchase and no account. After that, a one-time LEAN30 Pro unlock opens all 30 days.
Is this a subscription?
No. LEAN30 Pro is a single one-time purchase that unlocks all 30 days permanently, plus unlimited rounds, weight tracking and daily training reminders. No recurring charges, ever.
I paid but Pro didn't unlock, or I switched phones
Open LEAN30, tap Menu in the bottom bar, then tap Restore Purchase.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with — your Pro access is tied to that account, not to the device. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and we'll sort it out.
What equipment do I need?
Whatever you've got. LEAN30 adapts every session to your kit — dumbbells, a kettlebell, resistance bands, or nothing at all. Add a bench or sturdy chair and the app automatically upgrades the exercises that benefit from it. Works at home or in the gym.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no sign-up, no login and no email address to hand over. Your plan and progress live on your phone. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, not by us.

Is LEAN30 suitable for beginners?
Yes. You choose your experience level during onboarding, and every exercise comes with step-by-step cues. Always consult a doctor before starting a new exercise programme.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone — profile, training history and weight log. To also erase your anonymous purchase record, see deleting your LEAN30 data.
